Axxon Packaging Group Ltd. is a privately owned Canadian manufacturer specializing in honeycomb core, panels, and converted honeycomb products. Since 2011, we've grown our Cambridge, Ontario operation into the province's most capable honeycomb manufacturing facility.
Our focus is straightforward: manufacture quality products, develop practical solutions, and build lasting relationships with the customers and industries we serve.

Successive expansions have brought us up to the 75,000 square feet needed to run multiple core, panel, and slitting lines to meet capacity as demand and new applications for our products has grown. Our team is roughly forty people with many having been here since the beginning.

We produce our own core and laminate our own panels. It is the reason we can hold fast turnaround on custom work while offering a wide range of dimensions, thicknesses, and strengths tailored to our customer’s unique applications. We handle almost all converting operations in-house. For applications that require specialized die-cutting or CNC routing, we work with long-standing industry partners.
Our products are found in a wide range of industries, including: office furniture and filing cabinet manufacturing, protective packaging, hollow door manufacturing, and point-of-sale and retail display. There are many applications still waiting to be discovered and we look forward to exploring them with you.

Honeycomb is made from 100% recycled paper — 98% post- and 2% pre-consumer recycled content - and is 100% recyclable at end of service life. That is not a marketing position for us. It’s the product.
Its strength and versatility have opened doors to applications across industries, from cushioning in office chair seating and protective packaging for pots and planters to one-way pallets built for distribution. Each solution began with a customer asking whether there was a better way to do something. And each demonstrated what thoughtful engineering with a simple material can accomplish.
