Every Axxon product begins with an expanded honeycomb core. Cell size determines the panel’s performance, from rigid structural support to cushioning and void filling. Facing papers are laminated to the core, creating a lightweight panel with excellent strength-to-weight performance.

Customize the width, length, and thickness of your panel or pad. Additional machine operations can be implemented to change how the panel folds, separates, bonds, or fits – giving you the exact configuration your application demands.

Panels and Pads

Paper ribbons expanded into a honeycomb shaped core bonded between two outer facing sheets. A wide range of applications tailored for your demands.

Slit Score

A precision fold line cut into the panel — bends cleanly at a defined angle, typically 90°. Forms corners and L-shaped dunnage with no fixtures.

Fan Fold

Alternating slit scores on opposite faces create an accordion. Panels ship flat and deploy on demand — efficient for void fill at any scale.
