Every Axxon product starts as the same engineered panel — hexagonal kraft cells bonded between two facing papers. From there, our machine operations and converting lines shape it into exactly the form your application requires.

Panels and Pads

Paper ribbons expanded into a honeycomb shaped core bonded between two outer facing sheets. A wide range of applications tailored for your demands.

Slit Score

A precision fold line cut into the panel — bends cleanly at a defined angle, typically 90°. Forms corners and L-shaped dunnage with no fixtures.

Fan Fold

Alternating slit scores on opposite faces create an accordion. Panels ship flat and deploy on demand — efficient for void fill at any scale.
